          “So often I tell you – God’s ways are not your ways.  This truth is not understood at all, even though I speak it constantly.  Man’s body is wired to oppose the ways of God, for sin reigns there.  Only as My Spirit takes control of your desires do you change course to follow My ways.

          This is death to self – the little self man within you always following his own inclinations.  You fight him in daily battles.  He seeks to control your life.  He seeks pleasure, fun, possessions, fame, praise, honor and wealth.  My Spirit’s ways walk a completely different course – humility, poverty, chastity, simplicity, obedience to others, a hidden simple life of no esteem by others.  This battle for control is fought daily in your soul.

          Hand Me the keys to your vessel.  Let Me take the wheel.  Get over to the passenger seat and forget your own desires.  I will drive you to heaven quickly and the ride will be peaceful and joyous.  Lose control of your ideas and ambitions.  Let Me make the plans.  I do not need a map or directions.  We will ride along together in sweet company.  You will leave the worrying and cares to Me.

          Didn’t your mother say, “You answer the door, Jesus”?  She understood how much easier life could be seated comfortably in the passenger seat.  One of your mother’s greatest virtues was her lack of any desire to control others or events in life.  She sailed through life like a little girl, trusting her Father’s watchcare.  She knew I could handle everything beautifully.  She trusted Me.

          Like the centurion man who believed My word, I marveled at his faith.  Even so, today there are few souls that truly have faith in My ability to handle things.

          “When I return, will I find faith on the earth?”  Become a little child with great faith!  Let Me drive!”

          “This is a time of great grace for you.  Sitting with Me here, thinking of Me, talking and sharing your life with Me – these moments are truly sacred.  You make an open pathway for your heart to enter the Holy of Holies, My heart pierced for love of you and all mankind.  My loving glances are largely ignored by a world obsessed with what is visual.  The obedience of sitting alone with no apparent result is the duty of a faithfully loyal servant.  Servants do not expect to be noticed.  They are on duty.  But I have not called you My servants.  I have called you My friends.  I share My heart with you.  I share My life with you.

          These are moments of loving regard, friends sharing the silence together.  You are not alone with Me.  This church is filled with angels and saints adoring My presence in the majestic Bread of Life enclosed in an earthly Tabernacle.  If only you could see the cloud of glory resting above your head as I commune with you so lovingly and so intimately.  Do you not sense My presence and My peace enveloping your soul?  There is nowhere else on earth like it, is there?

          You truly have discovered the fount of living water, the eternal fountain of youth sought after by mankind through the ages.  It is “Christ in you, the hope of glory.”  I am the living fountain of love that saturates you with My holy desires.  You do nothing but sit quietly in My presence.  I work on your soul like a master sculptor, carving My features upon your face.  My fragrance intertwines with yours.  My power generates a force in you that causes love to spring forth.  Holiness sneaks up on you unawares.

          I am a hidden God of the lowly souls.  My powerhouses of truth are rarely known or recognized.  Their humility keeps them “hidden with Christ in God”, away from the world’s glamour and praise.  They are silent streams of love and mercy watering the earth around them.  They do not need words to proclaim My glory.  They radiate My Essence.

          Gentle children of the light, continue in faithfulness to come to me as little children seeking all you need in this life.  I created you.  I have a beautiful plan in mind for your life if you will allow Me to lead you moment by moment.

          Ask and you shall receive My holiness.  It is My gift to you.”

          “Who knows the times and the seasons but the God of creation?  God withholds His just wrath for the sake of His sacrificial victim, the life-giving Savior of the world.  Every knee shall bow before the Lamb of God.  He alone takes away the sins of the world and has restored a fallen humanity. 

          Every soul is unique and precious to Me, a thought in God’s mind from all eternity.  “I came to seek and to save the lost.”  I am the great Redeemer of fallen men.  They must come to Me to be saved.  My Blood alone is the payment to My Father for the release of men’s souls.            God’s omnipotence will never be understood by you, sons of men.  You may search and rationalize and make judgments, but they are all wrong.  Only the Spirit of God reveals spiritual truths.  Only those imbued, penetrated, and renewed by the Holy Spirit have the mind of the Uncreated One. 

          Man in his pride has rejected obedience to that which he cannot understand or categorize.  His mind is severing his ties to everlasting life with God.  To enter God’s kingdom, you must become a child, recognizing that you know nothing … you obey your parents without questioning.  “Obedience is better than sacrifice.”  In your obedience is your salvation.

          When will you lay down your intellects, O scholars of the worldly realm, to become artless children again?  The kingdom of heaven only opens to children.  Children are pure, innocent, and kind.  Children believe what you tell them.  Children laugh and play and smile lovingly upon God.  Children are My delight.

          Man has grown up.  He has thrown off the childlike garb of faith and humility.  He has become proud and irascible, making his own way seemingly against all odds.  He laughs and scorns the childish faith of those who believe.  In his pride, he lives in his unhappiness undeterred.  The way of faith is strange for him. 

          I am a gracious God and I live among the pure children of earth.  I cannot bear earthly pride.  The beauty of nature reveals My character.  There is no trickery or deception in nature.  It is pure, beautiful, caressing, and free.  That is how I form the hearts of the little children that follow Me lovingly.

          The day of God is here, sons of earth.  Become a little child of innocence, or the gates of heaven will be barred before you.”

           “This time alone in My presence is adorning your soul with My image.  The Father looks upon the image of His Son in your heart.  You do so very little here … sometimes you are distracted, sometimes you read or write in your journal, sometimes your thoughts are elsewhere, but this time here alone in My presence in the Tabernacle before you is radiating your spirit with the rays of the true Son in heaven.

          It is not what you do before Me; it is what you let Me do to you by your obedience to show up, not expecting miracles or signs and wonders.  It is the orderly fidelity of a faithful student of love who comes to sit at the feet of the master to learn his ways.

          The world rushes by outside this building, but what is really being accomplished in all this mad rushing around?  Truly, only one thing is necessary – to adorn your soul with God’s salvation before you die.  All else means nothing.

          Life is a test.  Will you listen and obey or will you run ahead in your own paths of human pride which lead to destruction?  If you seek the praises of the world, you have left the path of God for He abides among the lowly, among the righteous souls derided for their purity.

          Man has been in rebellion against Me since the day of Adam’s fall.  The struggle between good and evil continues.  I have erected a bridge to the holy land of heaven - My cross of safety.  All who cross this bridge obey Me and serve in love.  I force no one, but “all who come to Me I will in no wise cast out.”

          The way of the holy ones is opened to you, children of men.  Seek the pastures where the holy shepherds feed their flocks.  They will point out to you the way to the kingdom of light.  All who enter its gates rejoice forever.”

          “Mornings of reflection yield a protective covering over your day.  The morning hour is the time of instruction, teachings from heaven’s realms.  It is given to the attentive and disciplined listener.  Listening to My words leads to a holy life, living out your day peacefully in My will.  To neglect your morning prayer is a great detriment to all the actions of your day.  You lose the eternal focus.  You open yourself to distractions and false perceptions.

          You are attending the school of holiness.  To achieve your end, you must show up for class every morning.  What student would learn anything if he attended school haphazardly?  The same is true in the school of spirituality.  You must show up with a listening ear to hear what the teacher wants to impart to you.

          Those that have entered the contemplative state live in the school of holiness; they do not just show up in the morning.  They wait at the feet of the Master all day, hanging on His every utterance, glorying in His wisdom.  These are those that have desired “the best part” – union with God in this life as intimate and closely united as is possible.  They shall certainly receive their reward – these that have made a covenant with Me by sacrifice.

          My dearest daughter, these morning hours are your lifeline to My graces, all stored up for you.  Come to Me with open arms every morning that I may lay My spiritual food upon your heart.  Every day Ruth gleaned in the fields of Boaz and it ended in a beautiful betrothal.  Isn’t that what you seek?

          You are preparing for our wedding day.  You are gathering your trousseau day by day, storing up eternal riches for that nuptial banquet in the sky.”

          “Things are truly not what they seem.  What appears beautiful may be rotten within; what is deformed or ugly may be glorious in spirit.  My ways are in direct opposition to man’s ways of exalting all that appeals to the senses.

          During My earthly pilgrimage, I lived solely in My Spirit.  My body was the housing for the workings of My soul.  In these days of sensuality and lust, the body is everything.  How one looks on the outside is the criteria for acceptance. 

          God looks on the hearts of men.  The body is just the gift of the soul, a means to carry it about.  Man wastes time, money, and thoughts on the material which will blow away in the nearest windstorm.  Man ages, his body breaks down; then man loses his identity, for this has been his god.  At death, the body will be thrown off as an old rag.  It will return to the dust it came from.

          It is the soul which must be purified and, as it were, pampered.  It is the soul that determines your final destiny, the really important thing you should be idolizing.  Where will you spend eternity?  Will you trade your lowly body for an eternity separated from God?

          It is a subtle trick of the enemy to make man believe he will live forever on earth.  Even those steps from death do not realize all is ending on this earth.  They delude themselves into a hopeless eternity.

          The body should be a pure, simple, and holy vessel sailing you to heaven.  You should nurture your body so that you may live many years on this earth performing God’s acts of charity.  When the body becomes an end in itself, the path has changed and you are then walking the path of vanity.  Vanity will lead you to hell.

          Do not let your body control you.  You control your body.  Your body would like to lead you into the pleasures of life, but you must not acquiesce.  Make of your body a holy tabernacle of love for Jesus, perfumed with prayer and holy aspirations. 

          I will walk this earth within a pure vessel, a body sanctified for the Master’s use.  A soiled body is useless to Me.  I cannot endure a body stained with the sins of the world.  “Keep yourself unspotted from the world.”

Reminder to Holiness

          “All things are yours in Christ.  Nothing is lacking to you as you abide in the heart of Christ.  You go forth unafraid, undaunted by the evil on every side, spreading and infiltrating the light and love of God everywhere you go.  Even in thought, you send God’s bounty to souls.

          My children have not yet tapped into My infinite power.  I told My followers, “Greater things than these shall ye do …”  That was a true and serious statement.

          The world needs My presence walking among them as I did during My public life.  Where are My apostles of power and glory in this present age?  Has the world swallowed up all faith in My power to save?  My saints shall say, “I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me.”  There should be no negative or limiting thoughts to stop you from reveling in My glory.  “I am ALL things to all men.”  I cover every base in your life.  You are lacking in no spiritual gifts.  Tap into this resource of grace by faith.  Walk in the power of the Holy Spirit, not cowed by the threats of the Evil One.

          I am with you in all you do.  I walk within you.  Let Me touch souls through you.  Let Me talk to them through you.  Let Me encourage them through you.  Let Me walk the soil of earth today through your feet.  Allow Me full access to all in your life.  I will rearrange and prioritize everything.  It’s so simple; just say ‘yes’”.

          “My Littlest Ones sit under the shade of the tree of My love, the redeeming cross that obtained their salvation.  This tree is the landmark of love to all the nations through every century of the earth’s existence.  This is the tree that produces leaves for the healing of the nations.  Those that love Me daily sit beneath the shade of My tree of love.  They come to receive their daily food for eternal existence with Me, the Holy Eucharist.  This is the life-giving food of eternity.  Whoever eats this food shall never die, but have eternal life.  It is the incorrupting essence of life.  It is a reception of the Holy Spirit’s breath of life.  It is a partaking of the divine nature.

          “Those who come to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.”  Those who come to Me to receive My Body and Blood must believe that it is I, Christ Jesus, truly present, Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity.  To reap the fruits of My indwelling presence, hearts must be open to believe and to receive.  I come to many unbelieving hearts, closed to grace.  I offer Myself totally, but they cannot accept me totally.  Grace passes them by, an opportunity not accepted.  But to those who believe, I give them the power to become sons and daughters of God, spiritual earthquakes with the power to shake up a complacent world.

          I say, “Do not seek great things for yourself” because I only dwell restfully with the humble of heart.  It is your heart that I seek, above what you can do for Me in service.  Your service is the fruit of your love for Me.  Love must come first.          Every soul seeks love.  Why should I be any different if you are made in My image?  I seek your heart, pure and free to love Me.  With the heart man believes unto righteousness.  My Littlest Ones charm My heart for they forget themselves to love Me, as I forgot Myself to love all souls, whether they want Me or not.

          I am Jesus, born Incarnate to take away the sins of the world.  Littlest Ones, come to Me ever closer that I might cover you with My everlasting wings of love.  Dwell in My shade, forever praising the wonders of the Godhead.”

          “The vivid colors of this new day are displayed lovingly before men.  Will they notice My attention to detail?  Will they hear the robin sing outside the window?  Will they smell the air or hear the rustle of the trees?  Will they observe the beautiful flowers I have created for their enjoyment?

          The world is My gift to man.  Nature is an expression of My generosity.  I designed every leaf, every animal, everything you see before you.  It was with great pleasure that I prepared the earth for man.  I made the sun to set in vivid, spectacular arrays of color.  I made billowy clouds that lazily glide across the sky endlessly.  The shades of green in the grass and leafy trees are endless.  My wind brings life and movement to all that I have created.  To see an orange hanging on a tree, or a stalk of corn in the field – magically they all appear at harvest time.  The ocean never passes its shoreline; the snowy mountains lift their peaks to heaven, while the interior of the sea lives its own invisible life, a world within a world.

          I am God, and I am a great Artist.  I love to create and re-create.  I love to rejuvenate, renew and refresh all that exists.  I have made a beautiful playground for My children of earth.  I have adapted everything to their suitability.  I watch them, hoping they will see how much care I put into their surroundings.  To grasp the great significance of a loving God waiting for you to acknowledge His presence is a gift.  To respond to My love is eternal life, an eternity of awe and wondrous awakenings to all that I AM.

          I truly am all things to all men.  All men are a part of Me, a thought in My heart from all eternity.

          Why, men of earth, do you run from Me?”

          “Our spiritual lessons are never-ending on earth and throughout eternity.  God’s infinite beauty will never be fathomed; it is beyond infinity. 

          Who is this God, so ready to reveal Himself to men created from dust?  Why does he seek to become friends with these little people of earth?  Who can understand the heart of such a divine light, unfathomable to behold?  Why does this God seek souls with the heart of lowly childlikeness?

          I am so far beyond any thought or conception you may have of Me.  To know Me is to find eternal peace and rest amid confusion.  I seek humble hearts, for I am humble.  My condescension to mankind is proof of My loving humility.

          I continually rain down gifts on the children of earth, but the greatest gift I desire to give them is Myself.  Very few souls understand this.  They seek My gifts, especially My power, but very few accept Me for who I am.  That is why those that truly love Me for who I am are kept hidden away from the world.  They are My treasures and I hide them away from prying eyes.  I spend My time with them hidden away from the eyes of men.  They refresh My heart, so wounded by man’s rejection.

          If I am humility, can you imagine just how humble I truly am?  You will never understand the lowliness of My heart.  You can only see glimpses of it in the delicacy of My creation – a kitten, a puppy, a cloud, a rainbow.  Only a humble soul could create such gentle things.

          My message is always the same:  “I love you.  Come to Me.  Let Me love you into My arms in heaven.”  So few hear My voice.  So few respond.

          You marvel that My churches are empty.  It is the same with My friends.  I have very few friends who love Me for who I am.  How this hurts My humble heart!”

           “Lingering moments of loving My presence last eternally.  All else is of temporal value.  To bear fruit, you must abide in Me.  To abide in Me, you must linger in My presence.

          I desire to live this day in you.  I desire to be your first cause and your response to all things.  I came to earth as man to divinize man’s activity.  Let Me divinize all you are, all you do.  Let Me be in you.  Let me live My life in you.

          Your one thought must be to love Me.  You must allow Me full control of your life.  A simple node of “yes, Lord” gives Me the go-ahead to walk in you this day.

          The world needs to see Me alive in you.  The world is hungry and thirsty for My presence among them.  I need available bodies to make My presence known.  Only the pure in heart can be transparent enough to let me shine through them.

          Throw off all that encumbers you, all extraneous thoughts and activities.  Let Me plan your life.  Let Me carry you everywhere you go, as a leaf is carried by the wind.  Is it so difficult to let go, to lay aside your agendas and plans?  Is it really so hard to become a child again, easily led and docile?  What do you have that was not given to you?  Can you really in truth do anything without Me, even breathe?  Then why cling so tightly to an agenda?  Let it go.  Let Me be your life planner.

          You rest in My love.  Be the child I created you to be.  Only think of loving Me.  I will take care of all the details of your life.

          Become the littlest, the least, the most humble, the most transparent, and the most loving.  Abide with Me.  Walk hand in hand with Me.  We are walking to heaven together.  Let us converse gaily on the way.  I crave this unity with My beloved children.  If only they would let me love them in the way I desire to love them – infinitely!”
